YES Snowboards is stoked to announce the signing of Trevor “aka Trouble” Andrew and the release of his signature Trouble model for 011/012. Trevor and his former teammates of Romain, DCP, JP and Tadashi, are a crew once again.
“I’ve been riding with this crew for years, and we’re family. I respect them as riders and identify with the philosophy of the brand they have built. YES is one of the most progressive and real snowboarding companies out there today, and I feel right at home.”
A modern Renaissance man since the early days, Trevor has been mixing multiple talents and passions with his snowboarding since the beginning. While he’s busy with a growing music career, Trevor still kills it the precious few times a year he gets to escape the urban, nocturnal world of NYC and return to the mountains. Trevor maintains legend status in snowboarding, and is a great addition to the roster of YES Snowboards- a company full of legends that bring support and respect to snowboarding culture.
The Signature Trouble Model will come in 154 and 158 lengths and is a blunt-nosed, true twin with CamRock.
Demand it this fall at cooler shops everywhere or online at yesnowboard.com.
We’ve setup a new official YES. fan page on facebook so we can run some contest for prizes and keep everyone up to date on events & products. If you haven’t already, please visit this link and give us a like.
By now we’ve all seen the shocking and horrifying images coming out of Japan the past few days.
Our dear friend and teammate, Tadashi Fuse, is dealing with what the rest of us can only imagine. Tadashi’s hometown of Yamagata is roughly 100kms from the worst hit areas of the Tsunami and the Fukushima Dai-ichi nuclear power plant. At the moment he is in BC but trying to get home to Japan as soon as possible in order to be closer to his family and his country.
From everyone at here at YES, the friends he has in BC and throughout the snowboard community, we send our deepest sympathies and wish him strength in the coming days.
